This had to be one of the worst Oscar telecasts since the Snow White debacle in the Eighties with Rob Lowe. Major disappointment in the hosts and presenters and the award winners, who went on and on, gosh, no wonder Billy Crystal received a standing Ovation, bring back some vim and vigor to the show. This is the surprise for Twilight fans, what a mess, fire this producer for next year. A total failure.

Clearly they do not understand what a Twilight fan wants. Glad I recorded it rather than wasting my time watching the whole show.

I totally agree with @Iluvthemovies, it was incredibly disappointing. The Twilight surprise should have "blown our minds" was... gah, I have no words it was so bad.

@zwartelabjes.nl It was just a way to lure in the Twilight fans, what else?

They should have gotten Ricky Gervais and it would have been much better. I am still foaming at the mouth with the whole show and the sham they made of Twilight.

the worst awards show i can ever recall watching. the writers should be fired. i thought the only funny part was when anne winked at colin firth's character in the opening sequence.
