Rob talks to OK London

ROBERT Pattinson has spoken candidly to Ok.co.uk today about his struggle with fame.

We met the Twilight star during his visit to London - and he opened up his heart to us about the difficulty of life in the spotlight.

Heartthrob Rob told us: "I was kind of trapped while filming Eclipse, but there’s always ways and there’s always places where you can disappear to.

“It just involves a bit more thought and you can’t wander around willy-nilly."

The 23-year-old is the hottest actor on the planet right now since making the role of Edward Cullen his own.

But speaking to us today he sensationally threatened to quit acting if he can't learn to deal with the Hollywood lifestyle.

He confessed: "If I’m still stuck in a hotel room in 10 years time and I haven’t figured out another way to deal with it, then I would be annoyed.

"I don’t really think about [fame]. I just want to see what it’s really like in two to three years.”

ROBERT Pattinson has exclusively revealed Taylor Lautner's buff body left him feeling emasculated.

Speaking to OK.co.uk at the New Moon press conference, the star admitted to feeling insecure on set. He said: "I hadn't worked out at all until I saw Taylor at the beginning of the year.

"I felt incredibly inadequate and emasculated." And despite being a worldwide heartthrob, the 23-year-old says he too has body hang-ups.

He added: "I had a pre-pubscent teen body - I had A cups! "I needed to change that."

Rob, who is currently in London promoting the second instalment in the saga, says he doesn't use a body double for the movie though. "This is all natural!" he jokes.

ROBERT Pattinson has revealed today he’s a Team Jacob fan.

The Twilight star, who plays Edward Cullen and is the face of Team Edward, says he would love to play Jacob.


Gesturing towards Taylor at a press conference to promote the latest film New Moon in London today Rob said: “I’ve always wanted your part – even when we’re doing scenes together!”


And - more controversially - Taylor says he would love to step into Bella’s shoes.


He told us: “Is Bella an option? I would love to get inside Bella’s mind. A lot of weird things are going on in there – I would love to experience that.”

But Rob's on - and rumoured off - screen love Kristen told us she’s a Team Alice fan.


She said: “I would choose Bella, but if I had to choose another character, I would pick Alice. I would love to play around with her power!”
